September 15, 2026 – Crosslink Motorsports delivered a strong weekend of competition at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP), earning multiple victories and podium finishes across Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) and Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.).
The weekend produced several highlights for the team, including a breakthrough first career F4 podium for Fernando Rivera, two victories in FR Americas competition, and a strong comeback drive from championship contender Evagoras Papasavvas in the weekend’s final race.
In F4 U.S., Rivera showed strong pace throughout the weekend but encountered trouble in both Race 1 and Race 3. In between those setbacks, the Crosslink driver delivered a standout performance in Race 2, securing third place to earn his first-career F4 U.S. podium.
The FR Americas field produced an equally eventful weekend for Crosslink Motorsports. Papasavvas secured pole position for Race 1, but steering wheel issues forced the championship contender to the back of the field during the race. Despite the setback, Aidan Schuh led the Crosslink charge with a fifth-place finish, followed by Alex Bobadilla in sixth and Kevin Janzen in seventh overall, while claiming the Masters class victory. Kekai Hauanio completed the race in ninth.
Hauanio bounced back in Race 2 with a dominant performance, claiming the victory and adding another FR Americas win to the Crosslink Motorsports season. Schuh continued his consistent weekend with another fifth-place finish, while Bobadilla crossed the line sixth. Papasavvas again started from pole but was unable to finish the race. Janzen added another Masters class victory to his weekend, giving Crosslink a double win in the class.
Race 3 saw Papasavvas put the earlier difficulties behind him in spectacular fashion. Starting from fourth, the championship contender converted the opportunity into victory, returning to the top step of the podium and closing the weekend with a statement performance. Bobadilla finished fifth and Schuh sixth, while Hauanio and Janzen were unable to finish.
“It was a weekend with a lot of highs and lows, but I am really proud of the entire Crosslink Motorsports team,” said Crosslink Motorsports Team Owner Gil Kaszuba. “Fernando getting his first career podium in F4 was a huge moment for him and for everyone on the team. In FR Americas, we had some issues that made things difficult for Evagoras, but he showed exactly what he is capable of by coming back to win Race 3. Kekai also did a great job getting the win in Race 2, and Kevin had two strong Masters victories. We will take the positives from this weekend and keep pushing as we head into the final two events of the season.”
With the CTMP weekend now complete, Crosslink Motorsports will turn its attention to the final two events of the 2026 season. The team will return to action this week at VIR for the penultimate event of the season, where Crosslink will look to build on the momentum gained in Canada and continue its strong run toward the season finale.
Fernando Rivera will be back with Crosslink Motorsports in F4 U.S., while Evagoras Papasavvas, Aidan Schuh, Alex Bobadilla, Kevin Janzen, and Kekai Hauanio will return to the FR Americas driver lineup for Crosslink Motorsports. Papasavvas enters the event sitting second in the overall points battle with Hauanio fourth, Bobadilla eighth, and Schuh in the tenth position. Kevin Janzen enters the weekend within striking distance of the FR Americas championship Masters class point lead.
