CHARLOTTE (September 18, 2025) - Team Penske announced that David Malukas has signed a multi-year agreement to pilot the No. 12 Verizon Chevrolet for the 2026 INDYCAR SERIES season and beyond. Already familiar with the Team Penske organization, the 23 year old spent the 2025 season competing with Penske’s technical partner, A.J. Foyt Racing.
The 2020 Vice Champion in Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas), Malukas has been making a name for himself in INDYCAR since 2022. In 61 starts, Malukas has tallied five top fives and 16 top 10s, including a runner-up finish in this year’s Indianapolis 500.
