April 6, 2022 – 2022 has brought a new sense of enthusiasm, dedication and goals for Australian championship hopeful Lewis Hodgson. Set to compete in the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda for his debut season under the banner of powerhouse Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport team in his familiar No. 30 entry.
“It is such an honor to join Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport, partnering with such a prestigious team and the most successful team in F4 U.S. Championship’s history,” said Hodgson. “It is an incredible opportunity and one that I cannot wait to make the most of. Myself and Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport both share the same goals and ambitions for the season ahead—fight for wins, and more importantly, fight for the championship.”
Hodgson continued, “After facing many hurdles due to the financial restraints and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic over the last few years, I have never lost focus of my goal to be a championship contender in the F4 U.S. Championship.”
It is his unwavering dedication to achieving his goals and passion for racing that has allowed Hodgson to continue over these past few years, despite the difficulties faced as an international competitor in the U.S. market.
With the first round of the Championship quickly approaching, Hodgson is dedicating his time on-track to preparing himself to compete against, the undoubtedly skilled competition this weekend and is thankful for all of the support he has received in his bid to compete; notably from team owners Patrick Flynn, Teena Larsen, Gill Kaszuba and Gary Orton.
Lewis continues to work hard off the track, fine tuning his skills and building his profile, sharing his career progress and highlights with his supporters in the United States and back home in Australia. Hodgson is excited for the year ahead and will have more news and updates to share in the very near future.
