Crosslink Motorsports Scores Top-Five Finish at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course

June 17, 2026 — Crosslink Motorsports, a driver development program for NTT INDYCAR SERIES team AJ Foyt Racing, enjoyed another successful weekend in FR Americas and F4 U.S. Championship competition at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, collecting multiple victories, podium finishes, and strong championship points before quickly shifting focus to this weekend's event at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The team fielded six entries in FR Americas and two cars in the F4 U.S. Championship, showcasing strength throughout the paddock across both series.

In FR Americas competition, Crosslink Motorsports wasted little time finding success. Race 1 saw Kekai Hauanio lead a remarkable team result by claiming victory, while teammate Evagoras Papasavvas crossed the line second to secure a Crosslink one-two finish. Rookie Alejandro Bobadilla continued his development with a solid seventh-place finish, followed by Aidan Schuh in eighth and Barrett Wolfe in ninth. Kevin Janzen added another podium to the team's tally by finishing second in the Masters class.

The team's momentum continued into Race 2 as Papasavvas climbed to the top step of the podium, earning his second victory of the season. Schuh delivered one of his strongest performances of the year with a top-five finish, while Hauanio battled to tenth. Bobadilla crossed the line 11th, and Janzen once again finished second in the Masters category. Wolfe showed speed throughout the race but was only able to complete 14 of the scheduled 19 laps.

In F4 U.S. Championship competition, Austin Kaszuba claimed a strong sixth-place finish in Race 1, but Fernando Rivera endured a difficult start to the weekend and was unable to take the green flag. Rivera rebounded in impressive fashion during Race 2, however, securing a top-five finish to salvage valuable championship points. Kaszuba, who showed strong pace in his return, started the second race from the front row but due to an incident on in Turn 1 on the opening lap, was unable to continue.

Team owner Gill Kaszuba was pleased with the overall performance from the organization.

"Mid-Ohio was a great weekend for our team,” explained Team Owner Gill Kaszuba. “To come away with two overall victories, multiple podiums, and strong results throughout the field speaks volumes about the effort our drivers, engineers, and crew members are putting in every race weekend. I'm especially proud of the way everyone continued to fight throughout the weekend. We had veterans and rookies alike showing great pace, and Fernando did a tremendous job bouncing back in F4. Now it's time to carry that momentum straight into Indianapolis."

Crosslink Motorsports will have little time to celebrate as the team immediately turns its attention to Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the next round of the FR Americas Championship.

The historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway will host an FR Americas-only event, with Crosslink Motorsports once again fielding all six of its FR Americas entries: Papasavvas, Hauanio, Wolfe, Bobadilla, Schuh, and Janzen in the Masters class.

Known worldwide as the "Racing Capital of the World," Indianapolis Motor Speedway provides one of the most prestigious stages on the calendar and presents another critical opportunity for championship contenders to score valuable points.

With momentum firmly on its side, Crosslink Motorsports heads to Indianapolis looking to add more victories and continue its championship charge in FR Americas competition. The race weekend will begin with testing on Thursday, before practice and qualifying sessions take place on Friday. Race 1 will be contested on Saturday, while Sunday will feature a doubleheader to conclude the weekend. Fans can follow live timing throughout the event on the Race Monitor app, and stream all three races live on the @RacingAmericaTV YouTube channel.
