May 14, 2025 – Kiwi Motorsport is set to take on the legendary Road America circuit in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin this weekend as the FR Americas and F4 U.S. Championship seasons continue with the second event on the 2025 calendar. With strong momentum and the team championship lead in both series, the team will field a seven-car lineup across the two competitive classes.
Returning to the grid in FR Americas are five formidable drivers, led by current point leader Nicolas Ambiado, who has shown impressive form in the opening rounds. Ambiado is joined by rookie standout Bruno Ribeiro, who currently sits third in the standings, and Jett Bowling, who holds down fifth after a consistent start to the season. Nicolas Stati, also competing for wins and valuable points, currently sits in ninth, while Kevin Janzen rounds out the lineup in the Masters category, holding down second place in points.
Absent from the Kiwi Motorsport driver roster is Nicole Havrda. With a jam-packed 2025 schedule, Harvard will skip the Road America round for F1 Academy testing in Europe but is slated to return to FR Americas for future events.
On the F4 U.S. Championship side, Cooper Shipman and Clemente Huerta return to action for Kiwi Motorsport. Shipman enters the weekend second in points, with Huerta close behind in fourth, both aiming to move up the standings as the championship heats up.
“We’re proud of the strong foundation we’ve built this season across both programs,” explained Team Owner Teena Larsen. “Road America is a challenging and historic track, and we’re excited to see our drivers continue to push at the front. Our focus remains on consistency, teamwork, and helping every one of our drivers grow and succeed.”
Garry Orton added, “We have had success at Road America in the past and look forward to repeating some of those drives this weekend.”
The weekend will kick off with testing on Thursday, followed by practice and qualifying sessions on Friday. Each class will then take to the track for three races across Saturday and Sunday, setting the stage for a pivotal weekend in both championship battles.
