F4 United States Championship in Sight for Bryson Morris

November 1, 2022It has been a year of hard work, race wins, and podium results that all have led to the final event weekend in the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda. Ready to battle for the series crown this coming weekend at the famous Circuit of the Americas (COTA), American driver Bryson Morris will look to take his Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport prepared #39 machine to the top step of the podium.

“It has been a great season so far and we would like nothing more than to finish it with a few more race wins and a championship,” expressed Bryson Morris. “COTA is one of my favorite tracks, and I spent some time here in the month at the Formula One race. I’m ready to go and anxious to get the race week started.”

On the strength of ten podium results including three race wins in just fifteen races, Morris enters the final weekend of 2022 second in the championship points chase, seven markers behind the current leader. Scoring points in thirteen races and standing on the podium in nine of the last ten, Morris is looking to carry that momentum into Austin, Texas.

Morris added, “COTA is a long circuit that has twenty turns and is nearly 3.5 miles long. It suits my driving style, and I think that will help this week. It is a big momentum track that has a lot of drafting, so I am anticipating some high-speed chess matches but am up for the challenge.”

In a different race weekend format, Morris and the rest of his competitors will hit the track on Wednesday morning for qualifying that afternoon. Thursday will feature a pair of wheel-to-wheel races before the season finale takes the green flag on Friday. With champions being crowned at the banquet on Friday evening, Morris is hoping that he can add the title of the F4 United States Champion to his racing resume.
