Noah Ping Looks for Podium Result at Road America
May 19, 2022 – With his brother standing on the podium at Road America just a few weeks ago, Noah Ping will look to repeat, or better his performance this coming weekend. Taking on the Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin facility for rounds four, five and six of the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda, Noah Ping will rejoin Velocity Racing Development at the 4.014-mile, 14-turn facility.

“I am looking forward to be back behind the wheel and back with VRD this weekend,” expressed Ping. “Road America is an awesome, special place and the first track I ever raced at.  It’s one of my favorite tracks, and I can’t wait to race there.”

Sitting ninth in the championship point standings after the first three rounds of the series, Ping has one podium to his credit so far this year and will be hunting for more at Road America. As a multi-time, winner in the Yacademy Winter Series and fierce competitor both on and off the track, Ping is aiming high this weekend.

Ping continued, “I think we have a great chance to come home with three solid finishes and even a win or two at Road America. The VRD program is top-notch, and they have a lot of experience there. I have a bit to learn myself and will continue to push every session to get better, but their knowledge will lend a helping hand to my goals this weekend.”

With optional testing on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, Noah Ping will officially start his second F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda race weekend on Friday afternoon with practice one. Saturday will feature qualifying in the morning that will set the grid for the first wheel-to-wheel action that afternoon. Sunday will be the home of two more races and two more chances to stand atop the podium.
