Alliance Racing Looks to End 2020 F4 Season on a High

Three drivers head to the famed Circuit of the Americas

With COVID-19 putting a delay on the start of the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda season, this coming weekend marks the final event of 2020. Set to bring a trio of drivers to the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, Alliance Racing will aim to close the season strong and regroup for a solid 2021 campaign.

Entering three drivers in Texas, Hayden Bowlsbey, Will Holtz and Will Edwards will return to the Alliance Racing seat at the 3.4-mile, 20-turn circuit. Aiming to close the season on a high, the trio of drivers will be looking to finish the season in the points during the final event weekend of 2020.

“There is no off season for us,” explained Alliance Racing’s Toney Edwards. “With COTA this coming weekend, we have plans to begin testing drivers for 2021 shortly thereafter. We will leave some of our equipment in Texas and take advantage of some warmer climates during the cold Indiana winter months.”

Leasing garage space at MSR Houston, Alliance Racing will move into their winter home on Sunday evening and begin to plan for 2021. With a trackside location and the ability to test each and every available day, Alliance Racing is able to offer affordable test programs as they prepare for the 2021 race season.

Edwards added, “We are looking forward to spending the winter in Florida. Our goal is to make sure we as a team, and our drivers, are 100 percent ready for 2021 and that will start after the final checkered flag this weekend.”

Alliance Racing will be on track October 23-25 in Austin, Texas at the famed Circuit of the Americas for the final rounds of the 2020 F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda championship. With practice taking place on Friday, qualifying and wheel-to-wheel action will commence Saturday and run through the weekend.
