Fog and heavy rains moved in overnight, leaving limited track visibility and standing water across the Sebring International Raceway race track.
F4 U.S. officials have delayed the start of qualifying in attempt to dry the circuit. Drivers will now take the green at 8:45am ET for Race 2. Noon is still the anticipated start time for Race 3
