Ending the Mid-Ohio Event on a High, Dylan Tavella Hopes to Carry the Momentum to Sebring

Podium results are the goal for Dylan Tavella

September 10, 2019 - With the penultimate round of the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda taking place this weekend, New Yorker Dylan Tavella is hoping to find his way to the top step of the podium. Competing with the Alliance Racing Sponsored by Gas Monkey Energy program and with his first trip to the Sebring International Raceway, Tavella is hoping to take his Ride With Dylan #14 entry to the front of the field in Florida.

"We have really been putting in a big effort these past few weeks to make sure both myself and the team are 100% ready," explained Tavella. "I know the team has been working hard on the cars, and I have been turning countless laps on the simulator. I have never been to Sebring before, and this is the best way for me to learn the track before our arrival."

Currently eighth in the championship point standings, Tavella's chances at the series title are out of reach, but that isn't stopping the young talent's drive towards the end of the season.

Tavella added, "Our goal for the rest of the season is results. I will be aiming for race wins and podium results and pushing hard to achieve them. At this point in time, there is no point in being conservative and in my eyes the 2020 season starts now."

With a Promoters Test Day allowing drivers to hit the track on Thursday, the official event weekend will commence on Friday with a pair of practice sessions and qualifying. Saturday will host a pair of wheel-to-wheel events with race one and two of the weekend while Sunday will be the home of race three. Stay tuned to the Ride With Dylan social media accounts for up-to-date news, information, photos and results from Sebring.

Dylan Tavella would like to thank his current marketing partners and team for their continued support. A huge thanks to Alliance Racing, Gas Monkey Energy, Bell Helmets and K1 Racegear. Additionally, Tavella sends an extra special thank you to all the donors that have participated in the Ride With Dylan program as he looks forward to continuing this the remainder of the year and onwards into 2020 with all proceeds going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
