Arthur Leist Claims Pole at PITT Race for Round 4

Brazilians lead the field during Formula 4 United States Championship Powered by Honda  qualifying  on Saturday at Pittsburgh International Race Complex. Arthur Leist clinched pole position by sixth hundredths of a second, holding off championship points leader Kiko Porto. With a fast time of 1:41.713, Leist nearly beat the qualifying track record he set last year.

"Our team did really well here last year, sweeping the podium," said Crosslink/Kiwi Motorsport co-team owner Teena Larsen. "Having the extended time on track with practices earlier in the week really helps the drivers learn the circuit. We are also able to share data across the four cars, which elevates all the drivers. We are really proud to keep our winning streak going here at Pitt Race and hope to continue that in the upcoming race."

Porto will start off pole in Row 1 while Leist's Crosslink/Kiwi Motorsport teammate Joshua Car will lineup in Row 2 with Teddy Wilson on the outside.

Round 4 goes green at 4:40 pm ET on Saturday. Fans can watch live timing and scoring at F4USChampionship.com or on the Race Monitor App or follow live updates on Twitter @F3Americas.
