F4 U.S. Amps Up Fan Experience with Live Race Weekend Streaming

Formula 4 United States Championship Powered by Honda is continuing its efforts to deliver action-packed wheel-to-wheel racing straight to fans’ fingertips. Starting tomorrow at Road Atlanta, fans can access live race streaming provided by the series' newest partner Worldwide Streaming. The first-class pay-per-view event will incorporate LIVE color-commenting by veteran announcer John Fippin, a combination of 8-13 static and manned cameras, three onboard camera angles, aerial track coverage and pre and postrace driver interviews.

“The Worldwide Streaming production team has spent more than 35 years in broadcasting and is equipped with former NASCAR and IndyCar broadcast engineers and directors,” said WWS co-founder and CEO Lisa Marie. “For future races, our goal is to provide live onboard footage so fans get to experience the tracks from a driver's perspective. WWS will be creating brand packages for F4 U.S. drivers, allowing them to reach their home audience in their native language, and activate sponsorships from around the world. We are excited to embark on this journey with SCCA Pro Racing.”

Subscribers will also help control the narrative of the broadcast. Using social media and the in-broadcast comments board, fans can select the drivers they want to hear from and the audience-selected driver will release a special message to the fans before the culmination of the weekend broadcast.

“While there will still be various interviews from drivers throughout the field, WWStreaming and SCCA Pro Racing wanted the event to be more than just a stream, we wanted to create an interactive fan-to-driver experience. This is absolutely something that the F4 U.S. fanbase has asked for and we wanted to deliver content above their expectations.”

Fans from 14 different countries can access the F4 U.S. Road Atlanta pay-per-view event by visiting the F4 U.S. website (F4USChampionship.com) or directly clicking WWStreaming.com/F4/Road-Atlanta. Weekend passes are available for $30.
