
May 21, 2025 – Kiwi Motorsport delivered a standout weekend at Road America, showcasing consistency and competitiveness across both the FR Americas Championship and the F4 U.S. Championship. The team’s multi-car lineup earned multiple podium finishes, further solidifying Kiwi Motorsport’s position at the top of both team championship standings.
Kiwi Motorsport brought five drivers to the grid in the FR Americas Championship and kicked off the weekend with a commanding performance in qualifying. Jett Bowling, Nicolas Stati, Nicolas Ambiado, and Bruno Ribeiro locked in second through fifth on the grid for race one, while Kevin Janzen led the Masters class in qualifying, starting 13th overall.
In race one, rookie standout Bruno Ribeiro led the charge with a second-place podium finish, continuing his strong rookie campaign. Nicolas Stati rounded out the top-five, while Ambiado, Bowling, and Janzen crossed the line in eighth, ninth, and tenth, respectively.
Race two saw more hardware added to the Kiwi Motorsport trophy case. Ribeiro repeated with another second-place finish, while Ambiado stepped up with his first podium of the weekend in third. Stati and Bowling maintained solid form with sixth and seventh, and Kevin Janzen captured the Masters class victory, delivering an all-around strong performance for the team.
Race three featured Jett Bowling making his mark with a stellar second-place finish, while Stati wrapped up his weekend with his best result yet in fourth, just ahead of Ribeiro in sixth.
The F4 U.S. Championship squad of Cooper Shipman and Clemente Huerta continued their strong campaigns. In qualifying, Shipman secured a front-row start in second, with Huerta close behind in fourth.
Race one saw Huerta rise to the occasion, earning a second-place podium, while Shipman finished a competitive sixth. In race two, the teammates swapped positions, with Shipman finishing second and Huerta in sixth.
Race three was a hard-fought battle for Shipman, who narrowly missed the podium in fourth, while Huerta was unfortunately forced to retire after an on-track incident just five laps into the race.
Kiwi Motorsport Co-Owner Teena Larsen praised the team’s weekend performance and momentum heading into the next round. “I’m incredibly proud of how our entire program executed this weekend. From strong qualifying to consistent podium finishes across both FR and F4, this was another great step toward our championship goals. Our drivers are pushing each other and themselves every weekend, and it’s showing in the results.”
Kiwi Motorsport will return to the track June 15–18 at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where the team’s FR Americas drivers will take on the next round in the 2025 championship season.
