Step 1:  Submit Paperwork for Licensing

This step contains the paperwork needed to license your driver.  The driver will need the F4 US Championship/SCCA Pro Racing License form, medical form and annual waiver or minor waiver (Both are required to be printed in color)  filled out as well as a driver headshot and racing resume.

Medical must have been completed within the last 6 months and approved on the current SCCA medical form.

Please submit a photo that will be used in creation of your hard card credential.

For new drivers to SCCA please submit a racing resume.

Step 2:  Register your Vehicle

The next step is to register your vehicle.  Please click on the link above that states register your vehicle.  Once you have selected the link please fill out the form in its entirety. You will need to fill out the vehicle registration along with the event entry information.

Step 3:  Payment

Once the vehicle registration has been completed the next screen will be the payment screen.  After payment is received and the documents are processed you will have your driver and vehicle registration complete.

Step 4:  F4 US Championship Credential Application

This is the form that will be used for the owner and all participants of your team.  Each person has to fill out form in its entirety.  The Annual Waiver form needs to be printed in color and witnessed by a notary public or SCCA registrar.
